The exams help the teacher to determine the capacity of the students that what every student is meant for in life. Not all students excel in their life as students but extra-curriculum also matters in the life of the students. Law is a field that has many scopes in the future and many students excel their future in this field and many more. There are different types of law exams that students can give as a kind of entrance exams for different colleges like- CLAT, LSAT, and many more.

Different types of Law Exams

There are a variety of law exams that students can go through to take admissions in different law colleges. Students get into different law colleges through these different types of law exams and many more.

CLAT 

The full-form of CLAT is the Common Law Admission Test which is a national-level entrance exam for law. There are a total number of 22 national law colleges (NLU) and more than 70 colleges registered for the CLAT exams and many more. Similarly, the students who pass this exam can take up a five-year course in Law and many more. Every year, more than 50 Lakhs of students appear for this exam and many more. There are more than 5K seats for the CLAT exams in the top law colleges of India.

These national-level law exams take place only once a year. The five sections that are important for the law exams are as- English, Current affairs, Legal and Logical reasoning and Mathematics techniques, and many more.

Exam pattern for CLAT exam

The language for this exam is English. This paper is in offline mode. And the counseling is done through the online mode and many more. The exam duration of this paper is two hours and many more. The application fees for these exams increase from year to year. The CLAT exam is an objective basis that has 150 MCQs in the paper. There is negative marking for the wrong answers as well.

The students should take different types of mock tests to test their compatibility for the different types of law colleges and many more. The CLAT Exams are mainly for undergraduate courses and many more.  It is a must for the students to study the previous year’s CLAT exam papers and many more. For the students to be eligible for the CLAT exams the students should get their 10+2 from well-known schools and many more. There is no age limit for the CLAT exams.

LSAT

The full form of LSAT is Law School Admission Test which is also known as LSAC. The full form of LSAC is Law School Admission Council and many more. The LSAC exams are held twice a year for the law students to take admissions in and many more. These exams are held in January and May. If the students apply early for this exam, then there is a discount on the registration fees for the LSAT exams and many more. The fees of the exam depend from year to year and keep on increasing from year to year and many more.

Exam Pattern for the LSAT exam

The mode of this exam is online. The duration of this exam is 2 hours and 20 minutes. In this law exam, more than 85 colleges are registering. Most of the students take up these exams and these scores are done in most of the colleges all over the world and many more. In particular, the first time this exam was held was in the year 1991, and many more. The total scores in these exams are 180 marks and many more. The students must get more than 45% in 10+2 class and many more. The students must collect their admit cards as soon as they get mail from the LSAT.

The exam consists of various topics like- Selection, Logical, Family-based problems, Coding & Decoding, Blood Relations, Matching, Arrangements, statement conclusions, cubes, binary logic, Clocks, Number series, and many more.

CUSAT CAT 

The full form of the CUSAT CAT exam is Cochin University of Science and Technology. The popular courses that come under this exam are as follows- B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Phil, and many more courses. The mode of application for this exam is online. The time for writing the exam is three hours. The exam is based on the objective type paper or MCQs and many more. The total number of questions in the paper is 250. There are two kinds of papers like- Paper I and Paper II and many more.

Exam pattern for CUSAT CAT exam

Paper I is of Maths and Paper II is of Chemistry and Maths and many more. For the person to register in this exam the person should be a native of India and many more. The person must complete their 10+2 from a good and a known college and many more. The application fees vary from caste to caste. The language of the paper is English. Likewise, there are +3 marks for the correct answers and -1 for the wrong answers, and many more.

For the LL.B there are four sections in this paper- General English & Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, GK & Current Affairs, and Legal Aptitude, and many more. For the person to be eligible in the CUSAT CAT exam that person must be from outside Kerala.

These are the topmost exams that people can give if they want to start their career in law fields and many more. There are almost thousands of colleges that offer these LL.B courses and many more. The scores card of these exams is the same all over India and many more. Similarly, Most of the colleges accept these scorecards and take the admissions of the people and send them through the interview rounds and many more. There are different exams like- AP LAWCET Exams, TS LAWCET Exams, DULLB Exams, and many more. But, these are the most popular exams that most of the colleges and students consider and many more.
